Fitness Zone Sleaford Sleaford Fitness Zone Opened June 1st 2013. Sleaford's largest gym facility. 24/7 access available. Over 50 classes a week.

Ample onsite parking and full air conditioning/ air exchange system. 01529 415907 The Fitness Zone offers by far the largest and most extensively equipped gym in the area, and pride ourselves on a welcoming friendly family run atmosphere. The full air exchange and air conditioning system provides fresh air throughout the building every six minutes. The zone is available 24/7 to workout in .At the Zone there really is something for all. The gym offers over 10,000 square feet of training space fully equipped with modern pulse fitness equipment offering more than 100 pieces of fixed resistance and plate loaded and cardio machines, A hydrolic circuit line provides excellent training for the more mature participant and rehabilitation work. The huge free weight room is equipped with 2 full dumbell sets, lifting platforms, squat racks and a full range of plate loaded equipment. The Zone has Sleaford's only functional training room. The 15 by 15 meter air conditioned studio accommodates a range of classes whether you are looking for dance based such as Clubbercise/Zumba, traditional classes such as Step, bums and tums, fatburner or mind and body Yoga or Pilate's we offer it. Due to the size of studio's and with over 50 classes a week getting into your favourite classes is never a problem. We also offer a number of pod workout in ur smaller 15 by 6 meter studio which are onscreen instructor led classes.Freshly made protein shakes and vending are available onsite. We also have a high powered EU compliant sunbed, sports massage, hair and beauty onsite and free carparking.
