Not a member? No problem. A 30 minute induction is £5 then your introductory block of 5 sessions is on offer for £50.

Members can find a list of these classes on their app. 7:40pm on Thursday is a session for new beginners.

One of our Fitness Instructors Eve is in her final year of a BA Journalism degree. As part of her dissertation she is researching whether journalism and media narratives have influenced gym membership trends over the past five years.

If you can spare a few minutes to complete this online survey, she'd be very grateful. The more responses the better! It's completely anonymous.

Not a member? No problem. Classes are £5 for a 30 minute session and £7.50 for 45 minutes.

🤶 Greylees Santa Dash 2025 🎅🏻
Santa Dash 2025 will take place on Saturday 13th December, with the dash commencing at 09.30hrs, starting and finishing at Sleaford Golf Club.

If you wish to take part, please drop up a message or email [email protected], to register and book your place.

Entries are £5 per person, which includes a finishers medal, mince pie and hot drink plus the remaining money will be donated to a local charity (to be finalised).

There will be a 5km and a 2km route.

Festive outfits are HIGHLY encouraged!

Local mayor, Councillor Alison Snookes Sleaford Town Council will be there to cheer you all on and award the finishers medals.

The lovely Sandra from Fitness Zone Sleaford will be ensuring you are all warmed up and ready to go 🏃‍♀️

SPAR Sleaford have very kindly donated mince pies and other refreshments for the event ❤️
