Hi we are Nicola and Diane - two friends both trained by Choreography to Go to teach Fitness Pilates. We work together teaching Pilates in the community in village halls. All of our classes are inclusive, open to all fitness levels, both men and women and all ages. Our classes are run on a pay as you go system and there is no need to book. Pilates was originally created by Joseph Pilates for his own rehabilitation and we take his original ideas and teach them in a modern contemporary way. Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances, improve posture, movement quality, mobility, flexibility, mental cognition and core strength. By practising Fitness Pilates on a regular basis you will feel stronger and fitter for everyday life, be less likely to incur an injury and will feel the benefits in other areas of your life eg golf, cycling, running, horse riding etc. We can offer 1:1 and small group sessions in addition to our class timetable.
