Do you want to start strength training but you’re worried you’ll look silly, get it wrong, potentially even injure yourself?

We totally get it.

The fear of being judged can sometimes be lot.. but a lot of the time it’s an unnecessary worry.
If most of the people we have trained over the years have had exactly the same feeling when they first joined, then those people most definitely won’t be judging you.. You can start to see why we’re a community.

If you’ve got the right support in the right environment and properly educated and passionate coaches, you will be surprised with how quickly you can start to feel confident.

Most people fail because they try to change everything at once.

Train 6 days a week.
Cut out all “bad” foods.
Track every calorie.
Say no to every social plan.

That works for a few weeks. Then real life happens.

The people who get the best long-term results usually do the basics consistently:

Train 2–4 times a week
Eat well most of the time
Sleep better
Stay active
Stop restarting every Monday

We’ve said for years - “You need a system that is designed around you, not to try and discipline your way out of the problem”

It needs to be simple, realistic and easy.

Most people don’t fail fat loss because they lack effort. They fail because they lack structure.

Inconsistency with food tracking.
Weekend intake undoing weekday effort.
Constantly changing plans with no system to follow.
Guessing calories instead of controlling them.

That cycle keeps repeating.

Without structure, progress becomes random. Random effort produces inconsistent results.

The fix is not more motivation or stricter dieting. It’s a simple system you can follow consistently, even when life gets busy or weekends hit.
That’s what actually drives fat loss.

When we first met Estelle, she made it very clear.. she felt a bit lost and didn’t feel herself anymore. The demands of everyday life were just becoming a lot - mum life, stressful work etc etc.

This is Katie.

Katie is super strong and super capable. Katie is a bit of a boss bitch and she deserves that title because she’s super cool and works super hard.

But when Katie first joined, she wasn’t that strong.. She started with the bar and we took her by the hand and built her up step by step.

You don’t need to be strong or fit or confident to join a gym. You just need to join the right gym.

Katie also has some pretty serious injuries that she manages well around training - you wouldn’t think she does, but she does. A lot of our members do..

So if you think - “I can’t do that because I’ve got this injury” chances are there is always a way to work around it.
