🐯 WELCOME TO RAW FITNESS 🐯
For those who don’t know me, my name is Harry Raw and I am the founder of RAW FITNESS.
I became a personal trainer during lockdown, earning my level 3 PT Qualification. I currently work at Pure Gym Burnham and am on the hunt for clients!
RAW FITNESS was created to share the knowledge I have gained over the last few years, acknowledging both the failures and the gains I have experienced. I want to help people better understand fitness and food with the added motivation we need when we can’t find it ourselves!!
I wanted to share this post to let you guys learn a little bit more about me and what I’m all about!
🇿🇦 If you couldn’t tell from my videos, I am South African. I moved to England when I was 18 for a Gap Year and ended up staying!
🏆 I’ve always been an active person, playing all sorts or sport growing up including rugby, waterpolo and athletics
🌳 I love being active outside as it eases my mind and helps me relax during tough days
🏅 I love helping people work towards their goals in the gym whether it be weight loss/fat loss, toning up, growing flutes or strength training
👨🏽🍳 One of my passions is cooking! Being in the kitchen cooking good hearty meals brings so much joy to me! I can’t wait to share more cooking videos with you all soon!!
💪🏽 Strength training and High intensity interval training are my two favourite styles of exercise in the gym.
