My CLIENT TRANSFORMATION ‼️ -

Myself and Brooke have worked together for the last 2.5 years. We have done 1-2-1 pt sessions , outdoor Bootcamps and she also done online zoom classes during Lockdown. -
-
Brookes work rate in all sessions is ALWAYS 100%. She puts her all into every session with me and in her own sessions in the gym. -
-
She made CHANGES to her diet by eating healthier but at the same time making it become a LIFESTYLE CHANGE where she still has freedom , meals out and occasionally enjoys a cheeky beverage. -
-
Its Been an absolute pleasure to train you, build a friendship with you and work with someone with a NEVER GIVE UP ATTITUDE. -

Going to miss training you consistently , making you throw up🤣, but saying that CONGRATS on buying your own house, great achievement , hopefully you can pop back to the studio or bootcamp when your in the area and when your settled in! Clients like this are rare to find , LOYAL, HARDWORKING AND ACHIEVE RESULTS‼️ You should be SUPER PROUD of yourself , you have absolutely NAILED IT! -

APRIL CLIENTS OF THE MONTH‼️-
-
This month there could of been plenty of winners , I was super proud of all my clients as we actually had 100% on target. All 11 clients who did ramadan this month lost weight , which is amazing. They were disciplined and structured and followed specific plans which allowed them some freedom but to still achieve their goals! -
-
Usually there is only one winner , but 2 clients in particular really exceeded themselves. -
-
Sami is my online client , Sami lost 9.5kg in April , pushed through workouts when she was extremely tired and very structured with her meal plan. Super proud of what she achieved. -
-
is a client who only joined me towards the end of March just looking to train and feel healthier. She wasn’t necessarily wanting to@focus on the nutrition side of things and didn’t want a meal plan. However during Ramadan she made smarter choices , trained extremely hard and dropped a few KGs , her numbers in my 1-2-1 sessions have shot up massively and couldn’t be more proud of her! -

Well done to ALL MY CLIENTS THIS MONTH, was a tough month for some but when clients adhere to plans , listen and take note , their performance improves as well as their physical appearances.! -

If you feel like your STRUGGLING to ACHIEVE your goal, don’t ever UNDERESTIMATE your potential and ALWAYS believe in yourself.

There is never a need to DECREASE your GOAL. Just make sure you put MORE EFFORT in. WORK HARD , stay FOCUSED and you can achieve whatever you want 👌🏽💪🏽🔥-

ONLINE CLIENT TESTIMONIAL‼️-

My client has worked with me on two separate occasions now online. She comes into my studio with me once a month for a pt session / check her form , go through any of the training plan that she needs help with and we take her measurements.
All other parts of her fitness journey are done online where she checks in weekly with pictures and weight and other bits of feedback.

The first time Liz worked with me we dropped a stone allowing her to get pregnant and feel more comfortable whilst throughout pregnancy.
Since giving birth with her first child via a c section we have worked together the last two months to get Liz back into the right frame of mind with training and a healthy lifestyle. Liz has already made great progress , looking forward to seeing her at some of the summer Bootcamps also! -

Dan has got me back in love with food and working out. She understood my core would be tough but has always been a huge support. Dan is very understanding when U have off days or if u drop the ball she's always there to pick u back up and get u back on track. The regular check ins keep me accountable and I know she's there whenever I need advice or having a can't be bothered day lol. Thanks for getting me back on my journey Dan! “
