Welcome to Enter The Dragon CrossFit Competition page. Enter The Dragon was set up to encourage crossfitters from ALL ability levels to participate in competition and most importantly have fun! In essence, as long as you have completed your fundamentals course - you will be able to complete the WoDs. Our competitions are designed for teams of 4 (2 male and 2 female).
