Reformer Pilates & Tower Pilates classes

Our main rooms offers two types of classes.

Reformer pilates : using a machine with a bed like frame and moving carriage. It has springs of varying resistance. You perform exercises lying down, sitting, standing or kneeling.

Tower Pilates: Mat & reformer combined using springs on the vertical frame. Mat on steroids!

The Wunda Chair is a piece of pilates equipment, it combines elements of strength training, flexibility and balance to enchance your pilates routine. 

Using different equipment will strenthen your practice.

We are the first studio in the area to run a dedicated Wunda Chair class.
