🍑 TECHNICAL TUESDAY: Master the Glute Drive! 🍑

​Ready to build serious power and sculpt your glutes without the awkward barbell balancing act? Say hello to the Hammer Strength Glute Drive—your new best friend on leg day. 👋🔥

​If you’ve been walking past this machine because you aren't quite sure how to set it up, we’ve got you covered. Check out the video to see exactly how to lock in and maximize your gains!

​🛠️ The Quick Setup Guide:

​The Starting Weight: Even empty, the mechanism has a starting resistance of 45lbs (20.4kg). Factor that into your math before adding plates! 🔢

​Lock & Load: Sit in, secure the padded waist belt firmly across your hips (not your stomach), and place your feet flat on the platform.

​The Drive: Push through your heels to extend your hips upward, flip the release lever out of the way, and control the weight on the way down.

​💡 Pro-Tip for Maximum Activation:
​Don’t just push the weight up—focus on driving your hips to the ceiling and getting a hard squeeze at the very top of the movement. Keep your chin tucked slightly to protect your lower back!
