Here are some ideas, skating specific strength, HIIT, Yoga, Skating specific flexibility, body weight toning, choreography class, anything else you can think of!

36 years later today our Government has classified Figure Skating and Ice Hockey as “Indoor Entertainment” 😡😡 This disables Ice Rinks from being open in Tier 3 for Athletes. The result; loosing a nation of Ice Skaters who would normally be working towards the Olympics. Dancing on Ice is still allowed to film and train to encourage a lot of Children to... sit and watch TV??? HELP get the word out, tweet/email/ring your local MP! Unfortunately another set back. Borris has announced that Ice rinks will not reopen for at least another 2 weeks

Planet Ice are delighted with the announcement made recently that ice rinks will be able to reopen from Saturday 1st August. Planet Ice are learning how to adapt to a new normal way of living....
