I came back from Turkey where Elise Glynn had won gold for GB Boxing in the Cesme International Tournament and saw the guys had all trained together with padwork, drills, bagwork etc.
So proud to be part of this group, working as a team, helping each other to achieve their individual goals, no egos, no drama, just a great work ethic and some laughs along the way 💙🥊

All the very best to Andreas who is boxing this evening on the Student Fight Night event in Nottingham. He has trained incredibly hard with the help and support of the Southpaw Gold Team. We train together, we learn together 🥊👍

Started fitness and boxing training with this young man 20 weeks ago.
Injury following an accident had led to serious weight gain and halted his boxing pathway.
Now he’s 27kg lighter. No longer shies away from his runs, bike sprints, circuits etc
He’s ready to return to the ring for West Warwicks ABC and begin his coaching journey.
