IF YOU ARE INFLEXIBLE - YOGA IS FOR YOU
You can think that yoga is only for people who are super flexible. That is not true, and it is totally a myth. I know why you think that way. When you search for yoga you will find most pictures with super advanced poses, that you have no idea how to even start.

It is not about the yoga pose itself, it is about stretching your body, improving your flexibility, your breathing pattern. Great relaxation at the end helps you rest and relax. We all need that these days, as our life is super busy and it is very important to find your 'me time'. It could be Fitness Yoga with me. Remember: Fit Yoga to People, not People to Yoga.
