We believe that everyone who rides regularly, be it for commuting, pleasure, competing, touring or racing, should be on a bike that fits them correctly as it increases comfort, enjoyment and performance. We are one of the very few providers of the FIST protocol bike fit in the UK which is based much more on the fitter and rider input rather than a computer analysis as in our experience everyone is different. We provide women and youth specific sessions. Our belief is that nobody should ride with pain and a fit will promote this together with providing assurance of a riders optimal position. We are yet to see a rider who has not taken a direct benefit from one of our sessions.
