7 Ways to Start Your Shred Before Summer Hits! ☀️💪

1️⃣ Prioritise Sleep: Without enough zeds, your body won’t be shredding anything but your will to live. Aim for 7.5-9 hours. 🌙

2️⃣ Swap the White for Whole: Replace refined carbs with whole foods. Small change, big difference. 🍞➡️🌾
