I’m still here I promise! 😆 Things have been full on since our little Easter break down to our beloved Bude! The cabins been busy, my backs been bad, we’ve had some stressful & scary family health concerns we’ve been navigating, and this week my eldest is sitting his SATS so it’s all go! Because of my back my own training has been lacking and has been reduced to purely mobility work & building up my steps but I’m hoping to start getting back into my normal routine this week 🤞 BUT my clients have been totally making up for my slacking & have been on fire this past couple of weeks! I’ve had some lovely new clients joining the Sculpt n Shed crew with lots of enthusiasm & exciting goals to smash. I’ve also had some previous clients returning after little breaks which has been so great having them back in the cabin & helping them continue on their fitness journey. And obvs there’s my dedicated long-term bad ass women who show up week after week, inspiring & motivating me as they take on all the challenges I set for them. Sometimes we all need a little break from time to time. Sometimes we all need a little help. Sometimes we all need to remember why exercise is important. Sometimes we all need a kick up the arse. 😂 Keep it real. Show up for yourself. Know when enough is enough & theres no more excuses!

Imagine being 92, hitting the gym four days a week, effortlessly squatting (with depth) and tackling stairs with ease. That’s everyday life for Edna Giordano—a mum of five, grandmother of 21, and great-grandmother of four.
Even more impressive? She didn’t start going to the gym until she retired at 65. Now, 27 years later, she’s still going strong, often alongside her daughter, Dalyce Radtke.
Head to the comments for a breakdown of her routine.
