How do you transition from the busyness of your day to the quiet of the night? 🌙✨

For so many of us, the evening is when the physical and mental accumulation of the workday catches up. We carry that tension in our shoulders, our hips, and our racing minds. This is exactly why an evening Yin Yoga practice is so incredibly powerful.

It Releases Deep-Seated Tension: Instead of pushing through active flows, we hold fully supported, grounded postures for 3 to 5 minutes. This safely targets the deep connective tissues and fascia where chronic stress lives.

A deeply restorative 5-week Yin Yoga & Sound Healing journey designed for women who are tired of constantly being in “doing mode” and craving space to simply breathe, soften and rest.

This isn’t a big busy studio class.

It’s a small, bespoke & nurturing experience held in my calm home yoga space with just 8 women, allowing you to feel truly supported, seen & able to fully switch off 🌿

Each week combines deeply grounding Yin Yoga, immersive Sound Healing, essential oils and a soothing environment to help calm your nervous system, release tension and bring you back to yourself again.
