A deeply restorative 5-week Yin Yoga & Sound Healing journey designed for women who are tired of constantly being in “doing mode” and craving space to simply breathe, soften and rest.
This isn’t a big busy studio class.
It’s a small, bespoke & nurturing experience held in my calm home yoga space with just 8 women, allowing you to feel truly supported, seen & able to fully switch off 🌿
Each week combines deeply grounding Yin Yoga, immersive Sound Healing, essential oils and a soothing environment to help calm your nervous system, release tension and bring you back to yourself again.
