⭐ HOW DANCE SUPPORTS MENTAL HEALTH ⭐

Dance is about so much more than learning routines! 🩰✨

🌟 Boosts confidence
💛 Learning new skills and celebrating progress helps children believe in themselves.

🌟 Reduces stress
🪩 Moving to music can help children relax, have fun and take a break from everyday worries.

🌟 Encourages self-expression
💃 Dance gives children a way to express their feelings and creativity through movement.

🌟 Builds friendships
🫶 Classes help children connect with others, work as a team and feel part of something special.

🌟 Develops resilience
🤸‍♀️ Learning new dance and acrobatic skills teaches children patience, perseverance and the value of trying again.

At The Starlets, we believe dance and acrobatics are about more than the skills you learn. They’re about growing in confidence, having fun and making memories along the way! ⭐🖤
