Ballistic Fins

Ballistic Fins I aim to hand build the best fins it is possible to build. Hand built to order, any configuration with Beuchat foot pockets.

Each pair of fins is built to order, there are no fibre fins available with this level of flexibility on the tip and stiffness on the blade, giving power and efficiency. You choose the level of stiffness, and can choose a differing shape, for example thinner. Their outer laminate is a high tenacity fibre, and the core carbon fibre, I only use the highest specification material available, breaking them is a yet unfulfilled challenge. However should they break, there will not be a sharp edge, as the carbon is encased in the high tenacity fibre..

The new species is a bit of an ugly duckling at the moment, and I'm not enjoying trying to get the size right for the larger sizes, when I do I'll post..
Still working on it and making progress, however slowly..

I have just spent the last 1/2 hour doing the same with the fin blade, had to find a pair of thick gloves.. Still not broken, not giving up. They sit with a smug smile in the corner...
