As some of you may already know, I’ll be taking part in an Ultra MMA Charity Fight on Friday 13th November, all in aid of two incredibly important charities — Aching Arms and 4Louis. 🙏

Both charities support families who have sadly experienced the heartbreak of baby loss and miscarriage, providing much-needed support and bereavement services during what can be an unimaginably difficult time.

This is a cause that means a great deal to me, and I’m determined to push myself outside of my comfort zone over the next few months to raise as much money as I possibly can. ❤️

🥊 The challenge starts properly with an 8-week training programme, and I’ll be sharing my journey, progress, highs, lows and everything in between with you all along the way!

🎟️ Tickets go on sale Friday 18th September and I would absolutely love for as many of you as possible to come along and support me on the night. Please be aware that tickets are expected to sell quickly, so if you’d like to come, don’t leave it too late!

A year ago we had this idea. 3 people, with a love for martial arts, with a desire to help and pass forward our knowledge to our community after experiencing the financial burden and stresses a for profit organisation can bring. So we did this, a non profit, at a cost that's not only affordable, but truly sustainable. We came together and created something beautiful, we created this family and we go from strength to strength, growing our family each week. We love you all 🩷💜🩷💜

Dependant on temperature, this evening may be a nice light session focussed on stretching more than intense movements, but please bring plenty of water. Remember, there is no obligation to attend, and health and safety is paramount, you all know your bodies so please dont push yourself in this heat!

Great news. We are no longer doing Kids free for summer…..
We are doing free for EVERYONE untill 4th September instead !!

Our way of thanking you all for always supporting us, in appreciation and recognition , and because we always said we want to help give EVERYONE the chance to access the mental, physical and social benefits of martial arts and experience this Ruam Jai Family regardless of being able to afford it.
After the Christmas period, summer is another peak for adult mental health. If this might help just one person feel better then that’s worth more than anything!

☀️Stuck for affordable ways to keep your children occupied during the summer?

From the 24th July- 4th September 2026, we are offering FREE CLASSES for children aged 5-16yrs (including our current students) to come down and give Kickboxing & Muay Thai a go!
There is absolutely no obligation to continue classes after the summer, this is just our way of giving back to the community that has supported us as a non-profit club.

👕All you need is yourselves, appropriate clothing to exercise in and plenty of water.

🥊If you have gloves, please bring them, but we do have spares.
