🥶***NEW*** WINTER DIPPING INTRODUCTION COURSE***🥶 If you are new to the cold water, maybe wanting to dip throughout the winter for the first time, or are keen to gain in confidence in the open water, then this 3 session course for you! As well as having a dip each session you will learn how to be safe and confident in the water, advice about kit and how to plan your own dips armed with knowledge about weather and tides. Breast Stroke Improver sessions coming up River Hamble Country Park - Hampshire County Council. Each session is 1 hour and costs £12. Head to https://book.wildopenwater.com/CcPNCM for all info and booking.

These sessions are for anyone wishing to improve their breast stoke. Maybe you would like to be a bit faster, or for your breast stroke to become more comfortable, perhaps you would like to be able to swim breast stroke with your head in the water. These sessions allow you to swim in a safe environment and explore and expand your swimming in a relaxed setting.
