I will not respond to any martial arts equipment/clothing companies or random โBORINGโ people that want me to follow you for cheap hits!
I get 5 a day and I will just keep ignoring you.

Many thanks to all the students, parents and the instructors Master Colin Graves, Master Sean Neill, Master Carolyn Westbrook, Master Kevin Westbrook, Donna Ward-Graves, Ed Jones and Paris Wateridge.

What a week itโs been as we have completed a full week of after-school classes.
Monday - Cadland Primary School A truly brilliant class as we move into the third term. So many great children and a total pleasure to teach. Many are now attending the outside classes and progressing up the belts.
The Tiger of the week trophy - Summer Bryan, So talented and pushes herself every time.
Wednesday - Marchwood Junior School Into the second term and already the class is showing massive improvements. Such a busy and energetic group who are now preparing for their first grading at the end of this current term.
The Tiger of the week trophy - Sullivan Matiatios. Great power on the pads and a lovely attitude throughout.
Friday - Rownhams St John's CE Primary School which started today and the response was staggering.
They had massive smiles at the end of the session as everyone of them gave 100%. Next Friday canโt come quick enough for Master Colin Graves
The Tiger of the week trophy - Fraser Francere. A great pushing kick and worked so well with his partner doing the self defence. Such a lovely lad to teach.

Itโs all about taking my Grandmaster 7th Dan grading in 2023 which is long overdue.
