75 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE – WHO’S IN? 💪

I’m starting again on Monday 16th March.

After injury I know exactly what I need to focus on:
• Ankle strength and mobility
• A steady calorie deficit
• Being consistent

Nothing fancy. Just turning up every day.

And here’s the motivation…

☀️ There are about 77 days until the start of summer (1st June) — enough time to make a real difference to your fitness, strength and confidence.

For 75 days the rules are simple:

✅ Eat well
💧 Hydrate properly
🏃 Move your body every day

It doesn’t have to be extreme.
A walk, a class, strength work, mobility, a run… it all counts.

If you miss a day…
You add it on at the end.

Because this challenge is about accountability and consistency, not perfection.

And this is especially important for women in perimenopause and menopause.

Research shows hormonal changes during menopause can lead to loss of muscle mass, reduced bone density, fatigue, poor sleep and weight gain. Regular exercise helps counteract these changes and improve overall health and quality of life.

Regular movement can help:

🔥 Maintain muscle mass
🔥 Support metabolism
🔥 Improve mood and sleep
🔥 Reduce anxiety and brain fog
🔥 Strengthen bones and joints

Movement really does become one of the most powerful tools for health and wellbeing.

So here’s the plan…

Chris taking on The Grizzly 9 Miler today… and if you know this race, you know it’s no joke. 🏃‍♂️⛰️
A tough, hilly course that really tests your legs, lungs… and mindset.
Watch his core — upright, strong, controlled.
That’s the key to a powerful running position and efficient movement, especially when the hills start biting.
At CAW Fitness we focus on building strong foundations:

Well done to everyone who ran Stubbington 10k today 🎖️

Last year we ran Woolacombe Dunes parkrun while hosting one of our Devon retreats.

This year’s retreat (29 May – 2 June) is based nearby, making it a lovely option for anyone who enjoys destination parkruns alongside time to rest, walk, and reset.

Not a running camp — just movement, nature, good food, and recovery.

We currently have 6 spaces remaining.

Our Devon wellbeing retreat is designed for professionals who want to step away from busy lives and reconnect with nature.

It’s a chance to slow down, walk in the countryside, eat well, and reset — without therapy, pressure, or packed schedules.

The retreat runs from Friday 29th May (6pm) to Tuesday 2nd June (10am).
We currently have 6 spaces available.

Cost: £480
Deposit: £70 to secure your place

This includes:
• Accommodation (single beds or couples welcome)
• All homemade meals
• Tea and coffee throughout
• Long walks directly from the house
• A calm, relaxed, non-judgemental environment

You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol or treats if you wish.
