🌟 Chris ran the half-marathon in 2 hours and 6 minutes - that's 21km... outstanding ! 💪💯

Our Coaching Team keeps going from strength to strength in size and quality, none of us could do it without you guys, you really have been amazing! 💯🫡

We had our first Fight Night experience and earned ourselves a fearsome reputation from the get-go 💪😁🏆 ~ excited to get back sparring this year with even more of us looking to compete in the Summer! 💥🥊

We've opened two new clubs in Southampton & now have almost 350 members in Southampton, Portsmouth & Bournemouth! 😄✊
