Pole and yoga studio located in Southampton We are a pole dance and yoga studio located in Southampton, sharing the same location as the Barbell Division gym.
We offer a safe and positive environment to improve your fitness, strength and flexibility by offering a range of classes that focus on acquiring skills rather than focusing on appearance. The studio is LGBTQ+ friendly and aims to be a place of inclusion for any minorities. Drop-in sessions are £10/session, our monthly membership costs £45/month for unlimited classes. If you have any questions at all, do drop us a message and we will be more than happy to help!
