I know mental health issues are seen by many as weakness, that people suffering should "man-up" or "grow a pair". Mental health problems are real illnesses, just as much as any physical disorder.

They are very difficult to notice, and for those suffering, very difficult to acknowledge; and sufferers can be expert at shielding.

During (and since) lockdown there has been another pandemic, that also cost lives.

Anther great session tonight whole team worked really hard. Last indoor session next week before we start our outdoor sessions after Easter, looking forward to the season to start could be a really good year of cricket.
