What time do you usually train?

Here is one of our mums in training!

What we found is that the best time to train is always in the morning! As the day progresses if you have failed to make yourself a priority, you will have a hard time to get it in!

So we found that the best and most convenient time for mums is after a school drop off, when the eldest kids are at school or nursery and mums can use that time to take care of their own health and body!

Welcome to the Southampton Fit Girls page!

My name is Riaan Uys, I am your Personal Trainer and Nutritional advisor.

My inspiration to create this community came from my wife and her friend! Even though both hated physical exercises and the gym, they have committed to achieving their goals of losing weight and shaping their bodies. Both girls were working hard, and I could feel how empowering and happy they were every time that scale needle moved in their favour! How much did they really enjoy the training and missed it when they had to skip sessions?

The most amazing was watching them help and support each other on and off the training, exchanging tips and motivating each other to achieve their goals! And all of that while having small children at home or even at the gym during the training if they had to.

This is why we all believe that training and fitness it is not just about the trend and a way to fit in!

It is a way of life! It is about being Happy, Healthy, and Fit!

In the process, you fall in love with the feeling of being energized, with the feeling of empowerment and you start falling in love with your body. You break your limits to discover how strong and powerful you are while finding yourself in a community of strong, happy, and dedicated people!

And this is where we decided to create a community for women in Southampton, who want to lose weight, tone, and shape their bodies in a safe and private environment.
