Join us at The Paddle Centre, Swanwick Marina, for relaxed beginner-friendly sessions on the River Hamble.

Saturday 27 June – Kayak beginner lesson
11:00–12:30
Sit low, glide and relax. Stable kayaks, calm water and instructor-led throughout.

Sunday 28 June – SUP beginner lesson
11:30–13:00
Stand up, find your balance and enjoy a calm, supportive introduction to paddleboarding.

Both sessions are suitable for ages 12+ and include everything you need — buoyancy aid, paddle and board/kayak. No experience needed.
