Meet the face behind that incredible backbend in - our wonderful instructor, Emily Morgan! 👋✨ It takes incredible training and deep body awareness—two things Emily has in spades!
As a comprehensively trained instructor (500hrs+ with Everybody Pilates), Emily is an expert in the entire traditional system - Mat, Reformer, Tower, Barrels, and Chairs. She fell in love with the practice after discovering how beautifully it stabilised and supported her hypermobile joints. 🦾

More than a decade ago, I didn’t get into Pilates to open a business. I was a dancer looking for conditioning and trying to figure out how to make my own body move better.
That quest for movement led me deep into classical training (including 500+ hours and a Masters programme with Everybody Pilates), and I took over the Pilates studio where I started Pilates and my teaching journey in 2019. Now I've been teaching for a decade!
If you’ve ever been intimidated by Classical Pilates because it seems "strict" or rigid—I get it. But that’s not how we do things here. I wanted to build a friendly, supportive space where it’s not about perfection; it’s about the small, consistent improvements that completely change how you feel in your everyday life.
My favourite part of the job? Hearing your stories. Like being able to garden or run without back pain, or feeling lighter after a stressful week.
Oh, and that big mural on the studio wall? I actually painted that myself! 🎨 When I’m not teaching, I love to paint!
