Hiitstep is BACK 🥳
First session this Monday at The Fox and Hounds Fair Oak at 6-7pm!!
You MUST PM Michelle Breeze to secure your place!! The spaces are going quickly, over half of the slots got booked yesterday!!
If I get enough interest I will run a second session… this session must be full first 🥳🥳
So if you want to try an award winning workout, get summer ready and most importantly you can burn up to 300 calories is less than an hour HIIT Mich Up 💖

I have been approached after taking my Class on 18th February at for the British Heart Foundation ❤️
Shout out goes to the Manager Tracy for the opportunity, Jade Attwood for letting me take your class in your absence, to all you amazing people that supported me from the beginning/that day & all of you that totally smashed the workout and your wonderful feedback 💖
