Yesterday I taught my final Zumba class after 3 wonderful years as an instructor! 💃🏼
Three years ago, I trained as an instructor, just dipping a toe into the world of teaching fitness classes and taking a little leap into the fitness industry…
Wow, what a journey it’s been! From starting classes at Lordshill, setting up a couple of sessions in East Grimstead, moving into virtual classes, launching a membership, and then focusing just on Lordshill, it’s been a wild ride, and I’ve loved every second of it!
A huge thank you to everyone who has joined a class over the years, whether in person or virtually. I’m grateful for every single class.
Teaching has been such a joy, and my love for fitness and helping others move has grown into a full-blown career path and I honestly couldn’t love it more! Drop a follow for all coaching, health and fitness!

Also, after a lot of thought, I’ve made the tough decision to stop running classes at Lordshill Community Centre.
My final class there will be on Saturday 21st June, and I’d love for you to join me for a coffee at Starbucks afterward to celebrate and say goodbye properly.
