Carl Regular recently suffered a broken shoulder and ribs. Not a karate injury, rather a cycling accident. He still turned up at the dojo to watch the lesson even though he couldn’t physically practise. Wishing him a speedy recovery, お大事に.

Congratulations to Sensei Yonemoto who recently celebrated another birthday. In 2016 Sensei during a trip to the UK visited Stonehenge. Unfortunately, that day it was very, very cold. Today I went back to Stonehenge with my wife Alison and although chilly the sun was shining. Sensei, wishing you good times and warm days.
