Join me in-person or online for Pilates. Classes are suitable for all levels, so all are welcome. Come and try your first class for free.

Develop your strength, mobility and flexibility from the comfort of your own home. The sessions end with relaxation and mindfulness to improve wellbeing and introduce a sense of calm. Class prices are £5 pay as you go or £28 for 6. Classes are Tuesday's 7 - 7:45 pm, Thursday's at 7 am, and Saturday's 9 - 9:45 am. Please send me a message to book.

I'm overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of my class participants. It's been an amazing year, teaching you all. *Class Availability*

I have space available in Fridays class - 4.30pm at Abbey Hall in Netley. £7 per class, pay as you go.

Classes are mixed ability, suitable for complete beginners and those who are perhaps well versed.

Classes start with a basic set up, getting your body prepared for the session. We then mobilise through the body, then into the main phase of the excercises. The class ends with stretches and a short mindfulness practice.

I run classes in Abbey Hall (Parish Hall for the next 3 weeks due to the decoration of Abbey Hall). Classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate, so whether you're considering trying something new, or looking for a new class, all are welcome.

Feeling sluggish after too much easter choc? Maybe you're looking to try something new, or just looking for a local Pilates class. I run 2x in person classes each week in Netley Abbey, as well as online.

Saturday's 9.30 am online via Zoom

I offer PAYG sessions at £7 for in person and £5 for online. All classes can be attended online if preferred. All 3 classes can be purchased for £12 (a saving of £7) a week.

Are you thinking of trying something new to improve your fitness? Perhaps you've heard of Pilates and fancy giving it a go? Maybe you're well versed and are looking for a class. I run in-person classes payg every Tuesday at 7 pm Abbey Hall, Netley, and Friday at 4.30 pm, Parish Hall, Butlocks. Alternatively, both classes can be accessed via Zoom, as well as an online only class, Saturday mornings at 9 am, so you can take part from the comfort of your own home.

Pilates has so many benefits, including improving the aches and pains of everyday life, as well as the dreaded 'tech neck', it's great for increasing strength, particularly that all important core, as well as increasing flexibility and mobility which helps to reduce risk of injury. Classes end with a mindfulness practice to help look after that all-important wellbeing.

The aim of this class is to practice a variety of exercise whilst learning how your body should feel whilst doing them. Notice: My classes won't be cancelled due to the heat, but please do take care. It's okay to exercise in the hot weather, but it's important you keep safe. I'm adapting my classes at the moment to include more stretches to allow time for rest in between exercises.

Here are some tips for staying safe:

✔️Drink plenty of water (not too cold)
✔️ Replenish your electrolytes e.g. coconut water or sports drinks
✔️ Rest when you need to
✔️Lower the intensity of your exercises (I always give plenty of options)
✔️Wear light, breathable clothing
✔️Keep a fan or air-con going
✔️My classes are at cooler times of the day

Know the signs of heat exhaustion and stop excercing if you need to:

⚠️Muscle cramps
⚠️Nausea or vomiting
⚠️Weakness
⚠️Fatigue
⚠️Headache
⚠️Excessive sweating
⚠️Dizziness or lightheadedness
⚠️Confusion
⚠️Irritability
⚠️Low blood pressure
⚠️Increased heart rate
⚠️Visual problemsisual problems
