There have been numerous posts asking about supplying kit.

SADLY THE CLUB NO LONGER EXISTS, THEREFORE NO KIT OR EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED.

Yesterday we officially announced that with immediate effect Southampton Saints GLFC has disbanded as we can no longer survive both financially and decreasing player numbers.
A history dating back to 1979 when the club was first formed and known as Red Star Ladies initially. In 1995, the name changed to Southampton Saints GLFC. A longstanding history and for many years the top Women's team in the Southampton Area. I would personally like to thank all the players, coaches and managers, who over the years have had a lot of success and given their time to coach and nurture players. Also huge thank you to all those who have been on the Club Committee and given their time and experience voluntarily and made this club the success it has been, providing quality football for so many, creating friendships and companionship.

Hants FA Cup semi final yesterday, Portsmouth ladies FC v Southampton Saints GLFC. With only 11 players available, a great performance from them all and despite going a goal down battled right to the end. Some super saves from debutant Emily Paines in goal and team Captain Krystal Whyte back in the frame. Saints going so close to equalizing from Alisha Buckingham. In the end though we succumbed to the only goal of the game. Portsmouth will now face Southampton Women's FC in the Final.

First 2019 Game becomes gutting to take, not just for the score... 2-0 down at H/T, 3-0 down in the 2nd half as the team show extreme character to fight back to 3-2. Then the referee decides to straight red captain Krystal Whyte with 30 seconds to go for no apparent reason. Our goals against Larkhall Athletic LFC today were scored by in-form Alisha Buckingham beating player & goalkeeper to add to her tally for the opener & club captain Krystal Whyte notching after sliding in with commitment to convert the second.

Our FA Women’s league game has sadly had to be postponed due to the weather. Game to be rescheduled.

Today we are on our travels to Bristol to face Keynsham in the FA Women’s National League with a 1pm KO.
