Testlands Titans

Last leauge match today before Xmas and also the Titans last ever game with quarter's! We was against Romsey Panthers 🐆 who came out strong and forced lots of saves and got some early goals.
Titans were much better in the 2nd quarter getting some goals! In the last quarter we had a Xmas shuffle where all the kids had fun in different positions ⚽️

POTM 🏆- Jack H was brilliant today got stuck in always getting back to defend and help his team mates and also always looking to get the ball up the pitch and got a goal and celebration 🤸‍♂️👌

A great game today against Winsor UTD Red where Titans dominated 90% of the game keeping possession, making lots of attacks and hardly letting Winsor have the ball, 2 quick goals from Winsor when they had some possession in the last quarter denied us the win but we still continue our unbeaten run at home!! 🏰💪😎

POTM 🏆- Joe was on 🔥 today making lots of runs up the wing, always getting back to defend and making good passes/crosses to try and assist his team mates and get his own shots/goal 🎯👌

Enjoyable game today against Wyvern 🐉
Titans played much better than last week passing the ball about and constantly trying to attack the oppositions goal. Dragons are a very good side and Titans dealt with lots of their attacks and we continue our unbeaten run at home all season!! 🏰💪😎

POTM 🏆- Maisie was very strong as CAM holding the ball well and getting shots off and goals 💪

Difficult game today against Alresford YFC where it felt it was our 9 against 11 🙄 Titans struggled to deal with Alresfords attacks and wasn't able to move the ball about or create many opportunities. We started to look a bit better in the 2nd half, testing their keeper and looking a threat 💪
Well done to all kids for paying respects on remembrance day 🌺🌺🌺

POTM 🏆- Seb was brilliant at RB making challenges and getting the ball up the pitch plus as LW he made good attacking runs 👏

🔴⚪️ Titans laser 🔫 night! 🍔🥤

Titans got the early lead against a very skillful Hampshire utd 🦅 who caused us lots of problems and forced some good saves from our keepers.
Titans kept our shape and defended well to continue our 6 game unbeaten run and also still unbeaten at home all season!! 🏰💪😎

POTM 🏆- Leo was very strong and comitted to denying the 🦅 goalscoring opportunities 💪

Very close game against Burseldon 🌟 who play a similar attacking style to us which made for a great end to end game, both our keepers had to make lots of saves, we conceded 1st but only once and as always Titans kept fighting and working as a team to get some goals and the win 💪👌

POTM 🏆- Austin was composed as striker, very strong when receiving the ball and pressing the opposition to try and win it back high 👏

No subs. No Rest. No usual starting defenders.... Would Titans get smashed? NO! Hedge End Kestrels gave us everything they got and although we didnt play our best today and gave the 🦅 too many chances they could only score 1 goal past us! In the 2nd half Titans really worked hard and after our goal was questionably ruled offside we scored another to get the job done. 💪👌

POTM 🏆- Jack played as RB for first time and was composed on the ball making challenges and following up with passes up the pitch and in the 2nd half he made crucial saves 👏

A close game against Romsey town today, Romsey started strong and got 2 early goals but Titans kept their heads up not to concede again. Today we were focusing on wing attacks and created lots of opportunities and looked really strong in the last 15 mins getting some goals 👌

POTM 🏆- Joe worked so hard today constantly tracking back to defend but also making great runs up wing and delivering the ball into dangerous areas👏

A great game against Millbrook Harriers today, the Harriers are a very skillful team and started strong forcing a few saves in the 1st quarter but for the rest of the game Titans were disciplined in keeping their shape, defended well and got the ball up the pitch to create opportunities. A solid performance and good team work secured us another win 👏
Thats 2 home clean sheets in a row! 💪🏰

POTM 🏆- Austin was solid at the back today making crucial tackles, being composed on the ball and making passes up the pitch 👏

A slow start on a wet pitch today, we gave Wyvern dragons too much time on the ball in the first 30 minutes, couldn't get the ball out of our half and we gave away easy goals, however in the 2nd half the Titans were much stronger💪 some great defending and we looked aggressive on the attack and the better team creating opportunities and getting some goals
