Looking to keep improving my squats, slowly increasing weight and making sure I'm happy with my depth, when I plan and start my bulk this should increase nicely. I can honestly say from experience that making sure you're properly warmed up and have stretched especially your gluteus, hip flexors and hamstrings have really helped me feel strong on squats👊

I will be offering one to one personal training sessions, whether you're a beginner, don't have time to make it to the gym through a busy lifestyle, or even advanced trainers who need some motivation on specific areas they'd like to improve on.
I'm looking to gain experience through working with clients and then hoping to work in a gym and bring my client base with me. I'll be looking for clients in the Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh area, but i can be flexible.
