had been training for a little while before he got in contact with me. He’s been through bulks and cuts before but really wanted to see what quality coaching can offer.
Just over a month in with proper programming, proper nutrition and real focus, the results have been amazing!

25kg dropped, tan applied and photoshoot done 📸
I’ve been working with and coaching since the start of this year and I can’t express how amazing he has been.
The level of dedication and discipline throughout these months have been second to none and I’m very proud of how far you’ve come, Luke!
We started this cut in March 2021 and it finished with a photoshoot in September 2021. Hard work was done but ice cream 🍦 was eaten, meals out with friends still had and abs have still came out vascular.
The best coaching is about listening to your client’s needs and wants, focusing on what’s important and implementing the best ways of doing so. I want to say well done to Martina for losing 4kg in 4 weeks! Being all the way in Italy doesn't stop you, I absolutely love seeing such a strong drive and dedication!
We worked together and I created her an at home programme which only takes 35 minute, 3 times a week and uses nearly no equipment. You can make great progress with a little exercise and with a couple tips on your diet.
