Monday was an armlock bonanza, with a focus on keeping control of uke whilst transitioning between locks!

On Thursday, we celebrated our national champions (Sensei Jon and Sensei Alex) for winning medals at the TJJF Randori Nationals 2026, we are very proud of you both!

Great Success at the TJJF Randori Nationals this weekend!!
Representing SJC, Sensei Alex won bronze in the Elite Open Lightweight division and Sensei Jonathan won gold in tachi waza and bronze in ne waza in the brown belt light-heavyweight division!!
The club is very proud of you!
Just a reminder that there is no training tonight due to the bank holiday, with training resuming as normal on Thursday.
