Another visit from Master Peter Whitehead from AuthenticTKD , but this time is was all about me and preparing for my next Grading. Chon Ji to Moon Moo plus Tong Il then Step Sparring and a short Q&A. A great way to spend 3 hours of my Sunday morning. Thank you again for coming down and thank you to James Godwin and James Dennis for supporting and preparing to join me as demonstration partners when I Grade.

No classes at Hamble Sports Complex tonight as Instructors will be at Bournemouth training themselves.

It’s the start of our summer schedule so don’t forget to check class times before you leave!!

Our last full morning classes before our summer schedule begins next week, so make sure you get your TKD fix today. Our final Gradings assessments will also take place in these classes too:

9:00am - Ages 8 and under
10:00am - Ages 8 to 12
11:30am - Ages 12+

Full Grading focus in tonight’s classes Sarisbury Green Community Centre. TKD White to Blue Belts will have an opportunity if ready in the junior and teen class. We then shift into BJJ starting with Junior Belts after a mini seminar. And finally Teens & Adult will see out the evening with a promotions followed by a Knee On Belly Seminar with Kevin Hall from Basingstoke Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Paraestra UK.

5:15pm - Juniors & Teens TKD
6:15pm - Junior & Teen BJJ
7:30pm - Teen & Adult BJJ

Classes at Bishop’s Waltham tonight will be reduced to 1 hour of TKD at 5:30pm and 1 hour of BJJ at 6:30pm. Both will be open mat.

A horrible day to start the weekend…best get into TKD class in the dry and get ready for that next Grading or Competition 🤗

It’s a little cooler that Tuesday but the rulings are still the same, bring plenty to drink and please wear the appropriate attire. Please do not just turn up in any sports clothing. Also, the Teen/Adult BJJ classes have been modified. Here are tonight’s classes:

4:30pm to 5:25pm - Junior & Teen TKD
5:30pm to 6:25pm - Junior & Teen BJJ NO-GI
6:30pm to 7:25pm - Teen & Adult TKD
7:30pm to 9:00pm - Teen & Adult BJJ NO-GI*

*there will be a taught session until 8:15pm at which point there will be an open mat. If members only which to attend the open mat, please arrive at 8:15pm.
