Ho ho ho we have been good all year round but tonight the naughty elves brought this magical bauble of chocolate heaven on earth, so we couldn’t resist but be very naughty and indulge our senses and sweeten up our last workout for the year ! Cheers for what 2018 has given us and all the results we achieved from the hard work and sweat ! Thanks to these two for sticking up, smashing Insanity and putting up with my crazy bursts for so long ! Aw what a year 🎄

Always show up, no excuses, do your best

So this September I am joining the campaign . This is a reminder for all powerful girls out there that they can do everything and they can climb all their high mountains. If this girl can ☝️, then all of you can 💪 !!! Most of the people who knows me well will tell you I always hated sports when I was younger (they are probably thinking how on earth she became an instructor ?? ) and there wasn’t anything or anyone that could motivate me to do it! Now that I found my passion, there isn’t anyone who could stop me ! So moral of the story, be brave and embrace the unknown, don’t be stressed that you can’t do something, because with time you will do it even better than your teacher, train so your body and mind will be healthy and strong ! Now this is only the beginning of my journey, when will you press the start button on yours ?! I am calling all of you who wants to make a change for themselves, join me tonight 6-7pm @ st Mary’s sport centre for some insane moves, I will be running straight from the train from sunny Brighton to you girls, so we can smash one hour of Insanity !
