Tonight the store will be staying open until 7pm before we go in to lockdown 2.0.

The GEL-CUMULUS 22 is now in store. This update features a one-piece upper mesh that's combined with a seamless 3D print construction, which balances support and comfort around the foot.

We’re so pleased to be able to say we will be re-opening tomorrow! 🥰💛 Doors will open again at 10am until 8pm.

Changes have been made throughout the store to help ensure a safe environment for everyone and we ask your cooperation in maintaining safe social practices.

A reminder as well if you are needing to use public transport to reach us that from Monday it is required that you wear a face mask 😷

With distancing being a key part of our social responsibility at this time SRC will be much more informal to help maintain distancing.
We will not be taking any pre-run registration in store or pictures prior to starting so encourage people to begin running once they have dropped off any items needed in store. We hope this will help to stagger the numbers and ensure we are not grouping. We will have a colleague begin sweeping the route from 6:15 but encourage you to start any time prior to this.
We would love to continue to provide a guided running environment during these uncertain times but must do our part. We will be monitoring how this works and if we cannot suitably distance for the well-being of everyone we’ll re-evaluate continuing.

Our SRC runs will be continuing as guidance currently stands, but from next week will be running between 6-7pm instead. However please let common sense prevail and for the safety of others please refrain from attending should you be experiencing any symptoms.

Tonight’s group will be meeting at 7pm for a Hills session. We hope to continue to see you, and those of you who are needing to self isolate - stay safe 💛

Tonights free session we are running the Itchen bridge 5 and 7k as well as week 2 of the couch to 5k course,don’t worry if you missed last week it’s not to late to join us. 7pm from the store, everyone is welcome 🏃‍♂️💪🔥👟

The run tonight is the west quay 5k with the beginners joining them for there first continuous 2 miles🏃‍♂️💪🔥

It’s a core session tonight designed to help you become a strong 💪 runner 🏃‍♂️ starting from the shop at 7pm this is great training for runners of All abilities.

Tonight we are running the Common 5/7k routes alongside week 5 of our beginners couch-to-5k programme. Meet us in store from 7 for a 7:15 start 💛 and don’t forget to bring the bling for Medal Monday pictures 🏅📸🥇

For Tomorrow mornings distance training we will be running the two bridges 8k and the ABP 7mile starting from the store at 9:15am.

The adidas takumi sen 6 with foot-hugging fit feels like a second skin, and a responsive cushioning system energises your stride. The have ultralight materials and offer two distinct speeds: fast and really fast.

Tonight we have a new 10k route going along Wi******er road as well as a mile time trial for those looking to improve there speed.🏃‍♂️🔥💪

Tonight’s run is the stadium 5 and 7k and week 4 of the couch to 5k, all starting from the shop at 7pm.
