All classes have a fun twist for tomorrow before we rest for half term 😉

It has been brought to my attention that local schools have cases of COVID-19 through some long annoying (not wanting to help) phone calls - I can confirm unless your child has been asked to isolate for 2 weeks then there is no cause for concern and my classes will continue!

As COVID 19 is on the rise again I will be starting to wear a mask in classes and I ask anyone over 11years old (as per gov guidelines) also wears a mask.

I continue to keep our classes as safe as possible to ensure the children can still attend ❤️

🌸Any fitness level is able to do this class - all exercises can be adapted to suit any requirements

I am super excited to introduce 2 adult classes to our timetable!!!

Ballet core and strength class Monday 7:45-8:45pm

Pilates with Kim Thursday
8-9pm

Both these classes have maximum of 6 spaces and must be prepaid £8 per class or buy in bulk and prebook for £35
