Ready when you are Miss! 🙋🏼‍♀️

A quick smile for the camera and then it’s straight back to dancing. With big movements, brilliant enthusiasm and plenty of encouragement around the room, there’s always something happening in a King’s class!

Little dancers learning the ballet basics! 🩰

Our Year R, 1 and 2 students are busy practising their tendus and pliés, with Miss Evelyn, Miss Emily and Miss Lauren there to demonstrate, encourage and keep everyone moving together.

A gorgeous introduction to ballet technique, taught in a way that keeps younger dancers engaged and enjoying every class.

Some shoes were made for dancing... 👞✨

Tap shoes on, music playing and our younger dancers ready to give every step a go! There’s something extra exciting about putting those special shoes on and heading into class with your friends.

If tap dancing has been mentioned once or 100 times in your house, take this as your sign 😂

The face of someone remembering EVERY move 😌

Eyes forward, hands ready and a quick check that everyone else is doing the same thing! Our classes give young dancers the freedom to learn at their own pace with plenty of support nearby.

A little moment of calm in the King’s Academy studio 🌙

Slowing things down gives our younger dancers time to stretch, explore each movement and learn what their bodies can do. Even the quietest parts of class play an important role in helping them develop their skills.

Just a room full of little dancers moving at their own pace 💭

A little glimpse of what we get up to at King’s 🎬

Every class is different, but the goal is always the same: to make sure our students leave with a smile on their face.

Think your child would be straight in there? We’re still welcoming new students into selected classes this month. Take a look at our timetable or send us a message!

Honestly we couldn’t have said it better ourselves 🥹✨

Favourite classes, proud achievements and LOTS of fun. We asked some of our students what they think about dancing at King’s, and their answers say it all! 😂
