Chilly Hilly 🏃🏼♀️⛰️🏃🏻⛰️
It wasn’t all about the CC6 on Sunday.
A hardy group took on the Chilly Hilly; a 10 mile trail run on the Isle of Wight which lived up to its name. Described as brutal… 40 knot winds and rain going up Tennyson Down, and much mud on the way down - sounds glorious 😬

It was muddy, chilly, raining, sunny and most of all FUN!
Results are in and for a small club we did pretty well… didn’t always manage a men’s team but we did have a ladies team for each race 👏👏🏽

The final CC6 of the season saw a return to Itchen Valley Country Park.
It was muddy and a bit slippy in places but at least it didn’t rain.

Great end to the year… another well attended parkrun; the wet and muddy conditions didn’t keep our members away.
