From Friday 15th April - Monday 18th April, classes will be closed.

You're more than welcome to catch up session during the week at other locations, just pop a message to your instructor and they'll organise that with you!

AG Martial Arts are hiring a full time instructor!

£18,000 to £23,000 depending on experience

Join an exciting club that changes the lives of hundreds and hundreds of kids across the south of Hampshire. AG Martial Arts has over 600 members in just over 4 years and is STILL growing rapidly... and that's including through the lockdown year! You'll be a key part of the next phase of growth, and that means you'll also have many more opportunities to broaden your skills.

We have large aspirations to become the BEST in the industry and we need someone to join us in that journey! The right candidate will be someone who is/has:

- Self motivated

- Willing to make a big difference to kids' lives

- Enthusiastic

- Great with kids

- A natural sports person

- Preferred experience in teaching/coaching

- Driving licence required

The job role

You'll be teaching classes in the evening times, so please be prepared for evening work rather than a standard 9 to 5. This will be 4 times throughout the weekdays, and once on a Saturday morning. These are at different locations across Southampton and you may occasionally need to travel further. You are paid for the hours spent travelling. You'll also be required to complete adhoc tasks through the week, these can be done flexibly and from home.

We're extremely devastated to be writing a post like this, but a few days ago one of our assistants in Portsmouth sadly passed away.

Jorja was an amazing young soul at just 15 years old who had trained with us for years. On her last grading, she did so well that she was awarded a distinction pass for the amazing improvements she'd made as a martial artist but also as a young leader.

Many of the Portsmouth members will have seen Jorja around and will know just how kind hearted she was and the effort she made with the younger ones. She helped form the classes to become what they are today and in turn she became an inspiration but also someone who positively helped and impacted the lives of many younger children.

Back to normal!

We're bringing classes back indoors as of 3rd September onwards. We are still finalising some locations/venues to make sure everything is covid safe but you have exciting sessions to look forward to!

Your instructors will be in touch as of next week to discuss the return and procedures to follow. Please note some venues will have changed. Although we've loved the outdoor classes we cannot wait to get back to normal!!

WE’RE COMING BACK STRONG!!

Our amazing martial arts classes are back to usual but outside and limited to 15. We’re outside to make sure we’re COVID safe! Use the booking link on our website to book your slots (you still need to book in weekly). Times are roughly the same as before and they’re 30/45/60 minutes long.

Next week we’ll start taking people on for permanent slots as we test out our demand. If you’re an old student, now’s the time to rejoin!! Get involved and get training back to usual! Or text us on 07378351363 and we’ll help you out.
