I’m excited to share that I’m opening up a few additional private session slots for Yoga, Pilates, or Meditation throughout October and November! These are perfect if you’d like some focused time to:

✨ Ask those “I’ve always wondered…” questions that don’t fit into a group class

Availability:

🕉️ Primarily Thursday mornings
🕉️ Also limited spaces on Friday mornings, Tuesday afternoons, Tuesday & Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings

Pricing:
🏠 In-person (at your home) — £50 for 1 hour
→ Or share with a friend: £25 each

💻 Online via Zoom — £30 for 1 hour (or £15 each if shared)
→ 30-minute option also available at £20

✨ New to Class this week? What to expect! ✨

With lots of new faces booked to try a class this week, here’s how to make it a smooth (and enjoyable!) experience:

🧘 What to bring:
•Your own mat if possible (it’s best for hygiene), or I’ll happily lend you one.
•A bottle of water - staying hydrated is part of self-care.
•Comfortable, form-fitting clothes you can move in (layers are great so you can stay cozy during relaxation).

💪 What class looks like:
•A gentle warm-up to ease your body in.
•Exercises with options to suit every body - adapt or progress as you need.
•A stretch and relaxation (in Yoga, sometimes in Pilates) to leave you feeling balanced and restored.

🔥 What NOT to expect:
These aren’t “sweat-it-out” bootcamp sessions. Pilates and Yoga aren’t about burning calories - they’re about building strength, improving mobility, and connecting mind and body. You’ll leave feeling taller, calmer, and more energised.

💡 Final tip: Come with an open mind, a willingness to try, and know that every movement can be adapted to meet you exactly where you are today. You’ll always be welcomed, supported, and never judged.

✨ What I’ve Been Up To This August ✨

This month, some of my regular classes have taken a little summer pause while I’ve been focusing on professional development. I really believe in continuing to learn so I can bring fresh knowledge, safe practices, and new inspiration back into our Pilates and Yoga community. 💙

Over the past few weeks I’ve expanded and updated my knowledge in some of the following fields:

✅ First Aid
✅ Pelvic Floor Health
✅ Somatic Yoga
✅ Polyvagal Theory
✅ Trauma Informed Yoga

I also finally got signed off on my 100 Hour Yin Yoga training 😅 and have embarked on a 1000 hour Ayurvedic Practitioner course. 🤪

I’m excited to weave what I’ve learned into our sessions together – making sure classes are supportive, accessible, and beneficial for every body. 🧘‍♀️

On a personal level, there’s also been a lot of wholesome family adventures on land and sea! ⛵️

I can’t wait to be back on the mat with you in September! 🌿

I can’t recommend the lovely Emma from Ocean Flow Therapies enough if you need help with ongoing pain.

As a Jing Method Advanced Clinical Massage practitioner she has a wealth of knowledge and a warm, personable approach.

She’s just opened a new clinic in Wickham and has an existing clinic on Hayling Island.

Emma is also an incredible Yoga teacher (I had the pleasure of being her student for a while!) and runs classes on Hayling Island.
