Our amazing run leaders took different-paced groups on a variety of routes around Southampton, helping everyone get some miles in and start the week off right. โค๏ธ

Under the eclipse, Coach Si led a group of Hamwics for a training session on the Common. Excellent work from everyone who came along and put in the effort! ๐๐ฅ

Jem ran the RunThrough 5km at Frome achieving a PB and finishing as 2nd lady overall ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Kylie took on the RunThrough 10km on Southampton Common ๐
Diggle headed north to tackle the Scottish Half Marathon in Edinburgh ๐

Our fantastic run leaders led four different-paced groups around Southampton, helping everyone get their miles in despite the warm weather. Great to see so many Hamwics out and about! โค๏ธ
Wednesday ๐
A team of Hamwics headed to Cadland Estate for the latest instalment of the RR10 Series.
There was some fantastic running from both the men's and women's teams, with the men currently tied for 3rd place ๐ฅ overall. Special congratulations to Si Bryant, who sits at the top of the V50 leaderboard ๐๐ฅ.
A huge thank you to all the supporters, including Dave, whose excellent photos once again captured the action perfectly ๐ธโค๏ธ.
Saturday - Parkrun Day ๐
There were plenty of Hamwics out enjoying parkrun this weekend!
A team headed to Southampton Parkrun, where Jo Hartley celebrated her 300th Parkrun milestone ๐๐
