The 'Defying The Normal' Course is an challenging but fun 6 week course. This is run by Karl at Pure Ready to take on the most intense workout you ever done?

The 'Defying The Normal' Course is set to push people to their absolute limit, to feel self achievement like they never felt before. The course involves many varieties of exercises from cardio, bodyweight and weighted workouts, all the things the body needs to get in the best possible shape. The 6 week course is £40. It is a one hour session a week. Friday 7-8pm

Amazing session by the DTN teams!!!

Two big workouts which were smashed up! The fittest levels of all the members are top draw and they are a pleasure to train.

Start of course Fitness Test complete!

This was definitely was of the hardest fitness tests the teams have done. Lots of Squats and lots of Burpees.

Well done everyone and we get to do it all again in 6 weeks 👍🏻
