It's no good punching someone and having your wrist crumple and hurting yourself more than your target.
Here I am leaning my weight on to the wall and using my forearm muscles to straighten the wrists.
The spine takes a huge amount of stress especially during combat.
It is made to move in a lot of ways. However will lose ability to move if it's not fully used.
Don't treat it like it's too delicate. Strengthen it from every angle!
