It’s not me, it’s you... No, really!
It’s not me that let’s go of your old pain, fears, habits, worries, patterns, beliefs and thoughts.
It’s YOU.
It’s not me that finds the solutions, your inner resources, resilience, new ways of doing things, of being, of behaving.
It’s YOU.
I just happen to know some tremendously powerful techniques to help you get there quicker.
What would you change if you knew you could?

4 things you can feel
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste
Simple, quick, easy.
Let me know below if this helps 🙂

Instead of saying “my anxiety” try “the anxiety”, or “that anxiety”
It's a small change, but notice what happens and how it feels.
It might start to feel less like part of who you are…
and more like something passing through.
~Let me know what happens when you try this~

I love this, so many people have panic attacks, but because everyone hides it, we think we are the only ones! Or that it’s a sign of weakness, something to be ashamed of. It’s not either of those things!!! It’s wonderful he just said it like it is.
You can do something about it though, see your doctor, and contact me if you’d like to find out how to neutralise the triggers that cause them, or the fear of having one.
