Almost 20 people came by last night to get their first taste of HEMA! 2026 is off to a good start!

We started off 2026 with sword circuits! This is something we do every few months to stress test and isolate our sparring skills whilst getting a damn good work out. The footage for this video was from our last run through the circuits so everyone’s pretty tired but still pushing hard!
