You are automatically entered into this when you enter the main draws; however if you get seeded in the main draw you cannot be included. Same doubles partnerships for the Members Cup Men's and Women's events but for the Members Cup Mixed Doubles, your partner will be drawn at random.

Here's a reminder about the re-opening ceremony this coming Sunday (11th Dec). The refurbished Clubhouse will be officially re-opened at 3pm. A ceremonial ribbon will be cut by former Chairman & President, David Sadler. There will be some brief speechifying. Drinks and nibbles will be provided. All are welcome to come along. Currently all the courts are available to book - so you can bring your racket as well.

Singles can also be a great way to improve your doubles, with the extra movement and consistency usually required.

The class will involve drills around singles patterns of play, matchplay, individual analysis and video analysis. If you like to play singles and are looking to maximise your potential on the court, this masterclass is for you. No more second guessing, I should have done this or that. No more doubt – is this the right shot to hit in this situation? This class will give you all the tools you need to optimise your game by utilising your strengths to exploit your opponent’s weaknesses. All levels welcome and players will be grouped according to ability.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
You may have noticed that the temperature is somewhat high currently! Given that tarmac melts when heat is great and we have measured 50degrees on our courts today, we are cancelling use of the courts tomorrow including club night tomorrow evening Tuesday 19th July. The courts could be damaged as a result of play on soft tarmac.
Hopefully we will return to normal on Wednesday as there is cooler weather on the way - apparently!
